I then washed my nose wit cold water, and put on neosporin. The next day i went to a dermatologist, and he told me i have second degree burn. He gave me some medicine called retapamulin altabax ointment. Is this medicine good for my burn?How long will it take to heal? Will i have a scar on my nose?
