Pain in mucle in upper part of back right under the shoulder bone in the back.
History, I have taken MRI, ct scan and additional test to determine if they can see anything, nothing has appeared, no masses, no spots, but I continue to be in a lot of pain, it is now affecting my left shoulder and the functionality of my left arm, the muscle can be massaged and relaxed at times, but now my bones surrounding the muscles and on my shoulder stay very tender, I only get massages once a week, but now it is unbearable to get them, because of the tenderness in my bones, can you suggest where I should go now, Muscle issue was a guess for my doctor, but I am concerned its something more, like a cancer that has now spread to my bones
