Your Question
Hi,
I recently was involved in an incident (a few days ago) in which I was repeatedly hit in the head and was knocked unconscious for a minute or so (so im told). And was taken to hospital and diagnosed with concussion. I cannot remember much before and nothing afterwards. Was let out of hospital when my head x-ray came back ok. Basically I now have a severe repeating headache in the right part of my head thats so painful whcih has only got worse since, really hurts when i rub my head too. Iv also got a huge buzzing in my ears thats non stop which got worse over the first day and certainly not any better. It drowns out quiet noieses and I cant think about anything for more than a few seconds. The noise is so anoying- havent been able to sleep hardly at all. On top of this I can hardly smell or taste anything unless its really stong in which I can only distinguish it to be strong. Was hoping this would be gone by now but it seems to have just got worse. Really dont want to go to the docters or hospital again but this is driving my insane. Feel really down and angry. How long will it be until this stops and what should i do about it?
Thanks
