Otherwise I have always been fairly healthy no history of high blood pressure, shortness of breath or related disorders. Counting aspirin I take 5 scripts ea day, Toporol, Plavix,Lipitor, Altace. I have experienced swelling (noticeable in ankles from first week) I have gained in excess of 40 lbs since the Angioplasty, the swelling has gotten worse to include torso and face, heart doctor (Nurse via telephone) dis-regards Altace as a problem (I think otherwise) started me on Furosemide and potassium backer (KLOR-CON) week ago and I\\\'m still swelling.
