Hi, i prefer to remain anonymous so i will go by john doe. i'm a 19 year old male in decent physical, up until recently mental, and healthy shape. My problem is this: I had a problem with urinating in which i would have a pain during and after going. the doctor i saw said i had neither a uti nor a kidney stones and zero stds yet he put me on cipro as a precaution. Later during the day i took it i felt very odd at my nephews birthday party at chuck e cheese, so odd that when they decided to play games i had to step outside and wait in the car. This odd feeling had continued up to now two days later. Its hard to describe but if i had to i'd say that my body feels like its in hyper drive whereas my mind does not. I told the doctor i had had panic attacks before while under the influence of marajuana but they never happend while not effected by it. He also asked me about stress and i at this time it is finals week. he prescribed me a generic form of xanax for anxiety and told me to take it at night. I havnt taken the xanax for fear of becoming addicted and or screwing up the chemistry in my brain. My questions are am i exhibiting signs of anxiety, should i take the pill (.25 mg), and do i have anything to worry about in a dosage that will last 30 days taken every night? I'd prefer to have the question answered asap, this is an ongoing condition and it scares the living hell out of me.
