I have been having high blood pressure readings, mostly taken at home, however, I have no history of Hypertension. My Pulse rate has been running between 93 & 109. I have been getting major headaches and I start feeling really weird. Its hard to explain the feeling, but I can also feel my heart beating in my head and my chest. My BP is always higher in my left arm. I Have checked on the left and my heart rate was 107, but on the right was 79. This began about 3 weeks ago. I am currently on no medication. I have a large build, and a current weight of 253 lbs at 5'7. I have a family history of stroke and heart attack, however have not had problems with this myself.
