Your Question
I have been on Paxil (40mg\'s) fr 10 years. Nothing else works for me. I have tried Celexia, Wellbutrin, etc. I have social anxiety and panic attacks. Luckily, I have only about 1 attack a month and they are sparse and mild. I can usually use theraputic tech. to talk myself out of my attacks. I am not depressed and never have been. The only problem with Paxil is that what I started I weighed 110lbs. I now weigh 250. I am unhappy with the weight. I work out 4 times a week, 30 minute intense cardio and 45 mins of yoga. I also eat well and organic, no processed foods, no sugary drinks. I eat between 1200-1900 calories daily, though I try for 1500. What are my options? Why can\'t I lose the weight? What can I do to shed the pounds?
