Your Question
I am having left chest pains & hope to get some answers/advice. I am a 32 year old male, 130 lbs & 6 feet tall (skinny!)

The last few weeks I have been experiencing a sharp pain in my left chest, right under my nipple, where you can feel your heart beat the strongest. Although not that painful, its a very scary feeling, and i am wondering if i am having heart problems. The symptoms seem to come & go on there own, lasting 2 - 3 seconds, occuring 100+ times a day! Sometimes standing up or moving my arm will induce it, but also comes all on its own. I don\'t exercise alot, but i do stretch often & does not seem to help. Could this pass on its own, or should i go to a doctor? Without insurance, i am only able to go to an Emergency room, so if i do what tests could i expect?
