| I am having pains in my testicles, really under my testicles, it hurts like blueballs, but is not, I am sexual activtive but it is not in that area, it just happens, my wife is worried that there is something wrong and we will not be able to have kids, it has happened three times this week and is hurting right now, most times it does not last long, but it seems to be building. Any advice
