Could it be colon or pancreatic cancer. i had a dr exam last week and he ran some blood and that came back normal. Liver, triglycerides, sugars, and iron. Could this just be my ibs causing it or anxiety? After i have a bowel movement there is a little blood on the tp but not in stool. if i put the tp against my anus it has 3 dots on it.
