When I do get it, its normally lasts on average up to 5 days. Cramps occur throughout the year. I'm not on any sort of birth control. Recently I had my period in the begining of december and lasted 7 days. Then I got it again the last day of december and I'm now up to 10 days with my period on a regular flow.
