I\'m 43 male.about a week ago I felt sore on the top of my penis, right where it meets the body. I\'m familiar with the ligament that attaches on the top, and this felt similar. It feels like a vein that got \"hard\". I can feel and follow it down all the way to the head and it is raised and sore all the way. On a pain scale from 1-10...it would be 3 ish. even when flacit, i can see and feel with my finger, the raised, hard vein sticking out. has not effected sex life or achieving errection.
