Your Question
I am having trouble getting to the bathroom before I urinate. This has been going on for 1 1/2 years. I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago. At the time, I would wet a little when I sneezed, coughed or jumped. When the doctor did the surgery, he also did something to my bladder to keep me from wetting myself with exertion. However, prior to the surgery I never had any problems with getting to the bathroom in time. Lately it is getting worse to the point that I have to were an adult diaper. Also, I have noticed that the urine has a very very unpleasant odor. I don\\\'t have any pain, I just can\\\'t hold it. I\\\'m currently taking insulin for my diabetes, but this is not associated with my diabetes. I see my endocrinologist every 3 months and everything is good in that department. I also take vitamins, which I have done since before the surgery and this current problem. I\\\'m not sure if there is something wrong or the doctor messed up something during the surgery.
