Now one side of my vulva is red and excoriated and it burns when I urinate due to this irritation. I tried external Monistat, itch cream with numbing medicine and boudreux's butt paste. None of these helped the pain. I don't have smelly discharge. Do I have an infection and if so on only one side? I don't want to go to the ER or a walk-in clinic for this but I don't think I can wait until Monday. I am married and only have 1 sexual partner. I have never had this problem before.
